M-30 | Inspired by Vanilla Powder

Powdery vanilla, soft and close. Inspired by Vanilla Powder.

Vanilla with coconut powder and heliotrope running through it, which makes it powdery rather than sweet. Stays close to the skin and smells more like clean, well-groomed skin than like perfume.

How it develops

Coconut powder and heliotrope (the vanilla flower) open soft and powdery — dry, a little almond-like, like talcum with a hint of coconut. The heart is Madagascar vanilla, creamy and warm, but muted here: no dessert, rather a vanilla shimmering through the powder. The base is where the skin lives: vanilla extract and coconut for the softness, white musk and musk for the clean tone, palo santo for a light, woody smoke and lactones — milky notes — rounding everything off creamy and skin-like. Who it's for, and when

Four seasons, day and evening. Also suitable for the office. Love powdery skin scents but want cocoa and berries with them, see B-30. Looking for a vanilla that is warmer and fuller, K-40 is the step.

How to wear it

Because it stays so close to the skin you can be generous: three to four sprays on neck, wrists and décolleté, on moisturised skin. Don't rub. The powder lasts longer on fabric.
