What payment methods are accepted?
We accept iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, and Mastercard.
Why are your perfumes so much cheaper than the original?
No expensive brand ads, no celebrity ambassadors, no fancy packaging, and no middlemen. We keep it simple and honest → you pay for the scent, not the name.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during holidays and sales periods, it may take longer for your order to be processed. It's also possible that your order is out of stock, which can also affect delivery times. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the same day as the processing day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If the products are in stock, it will take 1-3 business days before you receive your order.
How long is the return period?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we can no longer offer refunds. The contents of the product must also still be full.
What if I don't receive my order?
What should I do if the perfumes I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us if you received incorrect, missing, or defective perfumes. Please include your order number, photos of the items, and any related information when you receive your package. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
