Vanilla and ginger with a salty edge underneath — that saline touch is exactly what makes it recognisable. Sweet, but with a freshness that stops it from becoming too full.

How it develops

Green mandarin and water jasmine open fresh and watery, light and almost cool. Then comes the heart, and that is the core: salted vanilla and ginger lily — sweet, salty and spicy at once, a combination you smell like this nowhere else. The base keeps it warm and smooth: cashmere wood, ambergris and sandalwood, letting the vanilla glow on without becoming heavy.

Who it's for, and when

Four seasons, day and evening; it comes into its own on a night out, and is at its warmest in autumn and winter. Looking for sweet and festive without the salty edge, see P-70. Want vanilla but creamier and darker, O-10 is the step.

How to wear it

Two sprays on the neck and one on a wrist, on moisturised skin. Don't rub. For a long evening: one extra spray on your clothing.
