How it smells

Spicy and warm, with a woody undertone that makes it dark without turning smoky. Where most car scents are fresh or fruity, this one goes the other way: it suits a cold car on a winter morning and long drives in the dark, and it stays calm enough not to become heavy in a small space.

Who it's for, and when

Autumn and winter, and all year for evening drives. Want the same spicy, warm character as a perfume for yourself, see S-60 or M-170. Looking for warm but creamier for the car, Car Fragrance Sandalwood is the neighbour.

How to use it

Hang the bottle from your mirror or an air vent and turn the cap open to set the intensity. Start with a quarter turn: in a closed car that is usually enough. Close the cap when you aren't using the car for a few days — it will last longer.
