Description
Pear, saffron and vanilla. Inspired by Guidance.
A juicy pear-hazelnut opening with incense running through it, moving into osmanthus, rose and saffron and ending on creamy vanilla and sandalwood. Sweet without sharp corners — comfortable from beginning to end.
How it develops
Pear and hazelnut open together: juicy and nutty, sweet without sugar, with olibanum (church incense) laying a resinous, faintly smoky depth underneath from the start. The heart is where it turns rich: osmanthus, a flower that smells of apricot and leather at once, alongside rose and Arabian jasmine (sambac), with saffron for a warm, golden edge. The base is creamy and warm: vanilla and sandalwood up front, with akigalawood for a dry, spicy woodiness and ambergris and labdanum rounding it off skin-like and resinous. From pear to saffron to vanilla, without a single sharp corner.

Who it's for, and when
Four seasons, day and evening. Love this creamy warmth but want vanilla and almond as the lead, see P-290. Looking for saffron and rose with more amberwood and less sweetness, M-260 is the neighbour.
How to wear it
Two sprays on the neck and one on a wrist, on moisturised skin. Don't rub. One spray on your clothing keeps the vanilla until evening.

Stof heeft geen warmte, dus de geur breekt veel trager af. Voorzichtig met zijde: parfum kan vlekken.
Bewaren
Koel en donker. Warmte en licht breken parfumolie af.
Niet in de badkamer. Schommelende temperatuur is de meest gemaakte fout.
Dop erop, rechtop. Zuurstof laat een geur oxideren.
Twee tot drie jaar na openen voordat de geur merkbaar verandert.
Langer laten hangen
Hydrateer eerst. Geur hecht aan vet, niet aan droge huid. Dit scheelt het meest.
Pulspunten. Polsen, hals, achter de oren.
Niet wrijven. Dat breekt de kopnoten af.
Eén spray op je kraag. Blijft veel langer hangen.
Direct na het douchen. Warme huid neemt geur beter op.
