Sweet cherry with a bitter almond edge — cherry bonbons for grown-ups. Stays relatively close to the skin: this is a fragrance for people who come near.

How it develops

Bitter almond, black cherry and cherry liqueur open together: sweet, dark and slightly boozy, like a bonbon with a liqueur filling. The heart makes it fruitier and more floral — sour cherry and plum for the juice, Turkish rose and Arabian jasmine (sambac) for a sultry, warm flower. The base is big and spicy: vanilla and tonka bean for the creamy sweetness, cinnamon and clove for the spice, Peru balsam and benzoin for the resin, with sandalwood, cedar, patchouli and vetiver keeping it dry and grown-up. Cherry from beginning to end, growing darker.

Who it's for, and when

How to wear it
