Description
Earthy, fresh and mineral. Inspired by Terre.
A citrus opening with pepper, that then sinks into vetiver and earth. Smells of wet stone and orange peel — one of the most grown-up fresh men's fragrances there is.
How it develops
Orange and grapefruit open bitter and bright, more peel than juice. The heart is short and sharp: pepper and pelargonium, a green, geranium-like note that keeps it dry and faintly metallic. Then comes the base, and it is the largest part of the fragrance: vetiver — earthy, smoky, mineral — with cedarwood and benzoin resin keeping it warm and smooth. From citrus to stone, in a straight line downwards.

Who it's for, and when
Four seasons, from the office to the evening; at its freshest in spring and summer. If you're looking for something sweet, this isn't it. Want fresh and woody but with more fruit and smoke, see A-140. Looking for the same grown-up freshness but lighter and marine, A-20 fits.
How to wear it
Two to three sprays on neck and wrists, on moisturised skin. Don't rub. Vetiver loves fabric — one spray on a shirt lasts until evening.

Warmte en huidolie laten de geur sneller opbloeien, maar ook sneller vervliegen. Op droge huid gaat dat nog sneller.
Op kleding · een dag of langer
Stof heeft geen warmte, dus de geur breekt veel trager af. Voorzichtig met zijde: parfum kan vlekken.
Bewaren
Koel en donker. Warmte en licht breken parfumolie af.
Niet in de badkamer. Schommelende temperatuur is de meest gemaakte fout.
Dop erop, rechtop. Zuurstof laat een geur oxideren.
Twee tot drie jaar na openen voordat de geur merkbaar verandert.
Langer laten hangen
Hydrateer eerst. Geur hecht aan vet, niet aan droge huid. Dit scheelt het meest.
Pulspunten. Polsen, hals, achter de oren.
Niet wrijven. Dat breekt de kopnoten af.
Eén spray op je kraag. Blijft veel langer hangen.
Direct na het douchen. Warme huid neemt geur beter op.
