An unusual opening: mandarin with saffron, dry and almost metallic, that softens through leather and musk. As an Extrait de Parfum the oil concentration is higher, so the mineral character comes through more deeply and the fragrance lasts much longer.

How it develops

Mandarin and saffron open together, but not as you'd expect: no juicy citrus, but a dry, mineral, almost metallic clarity — like wet stone and a freshly sharpened knife. That is the character of the fragrance, and it stays. After that it softens: leather, smooth and a little suede-like, and musk pulling everything closer to the skin and warming it. As an Extrait it develops more slowly; the mineral opening lasts longer and the leather stays deep into the night.

How to wear it

Two sprays is enough — with an Extrait you need less than you're used to. On the neck, on moisturised skin, don't rub. One spray on a shirt collar lasts until the next day.
